Booking & Cancellations
To confirm your appointment, we’ll need a deposit, gift certificate, or reservation number if you’re staying with us. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays. If your plans change, simply give us 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without charge, this also applies to gift certificate bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as your time has been specially reserved.
Before Your Appointment
To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early. This allows time for a calming check-in and a short consultation to ensure your treatment is perfectly tailored to you. If you're running a little late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, though we may need to shorten your treatment so we don’t impact our next experience. When booking, please share any health conditions, allergies or injuries with us. We accept all major credit cards, and if you're staying at The Sebel, you can simply charge your treatment to your room. We also kindly ask that mobile phones be set to silent so you and others can fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
